RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy explains how you may return your purchase to West Coast Aluminum & Stainless, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in good condition, with all original tags and labels attached and must be authorized for return by us and pass inspection upon return. Material must be packaged well for shipment back to us. Returns will be based on our vendor approval. We will include a 15% handling fee along with all freight costs. Materials cannot be returned, not in the original shipped sales condition. Examples include material that has been damaged at the customer’s site or material that has had additional processing at the customer’s site.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us by telephone or email at sales@westcoastaluminumstainless.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) day from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
● All Material not in the original shipped sales condition. Examples: Material that has been damaged. Material that has had additional processing.
